CueUp is designed with your privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Everything stays on your device.
CueUp requests camera and microphone access solely to record videos within the app. Video recordings are saved directly to your device's Photo Library. Camera and microphone data is never transmitted, stored on servers, or shared with anyone.
CueUp requests Photo Library access to save your recorded videos. We only write to your Photo Library when you record a video — we do not read or access your existing photos.
All scripts you create or import via the Share Sheet are stored locally on your device using the app's private storage. Your scripts are never transmitted to any server.
CueUp uses Apple's on-device Foundation Models for AI script enhancement. All AI processing happens entirely on your device. Your scripts are never sent to external servers for AI processing.
When you share text to CueUp from another app, the text is stored locally in a shared container between the extension and the main app. This data never leaves your device.
CueUp does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.
